I have recently purchased My Chetak 3501 22nd June 2025, its not been 20 days, there is a wide gap between Instrument cluster and upper panel. I visited dealer he said go to service centre and raise service request, as i already drove it for 500KM. I went there explained everything, they took the vehicle and they did regular service but unable to fix the gap between panels, infact they worsened the condition by applying blow torch. Also there was other issue regarding rear wheel, which made weird resistance and made vehicle running unsmooth. Without resolving any issue they handed over my Vehicle and Charged me Rs.404 for 1st Service. When i asked about panel issue they said, it's manufacturing we can't do anything, comeback next service. This is how you treat common people with No means. Shame on you Bajaj. There is no difference between Bajaj and Ola. I made a Grave mistake by being Loyal. As My first bike was Bajaj Pulser 150.
