Dear Sir,
We had booked 3 rooms in RS Grand Agra, through Agoda online portal. With out our knowledge they change the hotel name. Once we reached in the designation,we got an old building with dirty rooms. That's why we didn't stay there and used our money to get another hotel. We asked the staff of that old building to refund our money but they didn't reply.
Also we sent an advance payment of Rs. 5691 for your property.
So please help me refund our amount.
