Dear Sir/Madam
While exploring water purifier options for my home, Mr. Divesh guided me to purchase anAquaguard Aspire water purifier after testing the water quality. He informed me that the water TDS was approximately1100 PPM and assured me that the recommended model was suitable for my requirements. Based on his assurance, I purchased the water purifier for₹24,000 with additional Rs 300 as installation charges on19/06/2026 with invoice no 182, Total Paid Rs-24300.
However, when the installation team visited my residence on21/06/2026, Mr. Shubham measured the water TDS and found it to be approximately2300–2400 PPM. He informed me that the model I had purchased was not suitable for such a high TDS level. He also consulted his seniors, who confirmed that the water purifier was incompatible with the water quality at my home, and the purifier could not be installed since it is against the company policy .
It is evident that Mr. Devish provided incorrect information and recommended an unsuitable product, and cheated me, which led me to purchase the water purifier. After contacting Mr Divesh regarding the same, he shared the contact details of Mr. Saroj. However, even after contacting Mr. Saroj, I have neither received a proper response nor a satisfactory solution.
Since then, I have been continuously requesting thereturn of the product and a full refund, but I have not received any positive response from your side. He is saying pls handover machine with bill and will pay after two days. My request to you pls give payment during handover the machine, which is packed.
I kindly request you to treat this matter as a priority,take back the water purifier, and process my full refund at the earliest, as the product supplied is unsuitable for my requirements due to the incorrect guidance and misrepresentation by your representative. I have attached the bill for your reference. I am not expecting this type of behavior from this reputed company.
This is complaint [Ticket Id :82127395] Complaint for Cheating Customer.
Note- I am not getting positive response from company side but from dealer side I am getting treat about return complaint.
