Dear Sir,
My father had taken a Airtel black connection 3 months back, during installation itself they didn't do it nicely. They were just in a hurry and told my father to the rest of the procedure in the tv by himself. None of the OTT channel is working always showing something is wrong.
From last 3 months we have been. Calling the Airtel person to resolve the issue but they don't turn up just insulting us and saying if not satisfied disconnect the connection. Every time we call either disconnect or blocks.
We have paid the amount but not getting the services nor OTT nor channels can be seen.
After long disappointment writing this email so you all can help yso.
