Hello sir my name is uppeti pavan kumar reddy i have purcheased ola s1x+ on January 2024 which was on warranty recently i have faced a problem which was VCU fault so, the mechanic said it will take some time to order the VCU so, i left the vechile in ola service center after 20 days i went to service center they are changed all my scooter spare parts also they esculated a ticket for there profits which was not nessessary they sold spare parts to other customer till now (13-4-2026) not delivered my scooter which was given on 13-03-2026
