I have cheated by Vistaravo International Corporate Services Pvt Ltd, had paid a huge amount through my Axis bank credit card for the international tour package and now there is no response from them. I had also raised the complaint with Axis Bank to stop the payment but they have rejected my claim. I have raised a complaint with the cyber cell of police as well, but there is no resolution.

Same thing happened with me too & not they are not picking up calls not refunding our money

We suggest to all members, visit your nearest police station and file an urgent police complaint against them.
 
They cheated me as well and no one is helping from them.they promised even I have raised a concern but no update. It's been 4-5 months now.


I tried to reached out to customer care mob no but no luck.

It's been more then 4-5 months to raised a concern about given wrong memberships plan.

I had visited to their headquarters Seawoods Darave office(above station only) (Navi mumbai) raised written complaint for given wrong membership and they acknowledged it but later they are not responding calls and now customer service no is out service.

Please file a complaint against Vikram yadav and Dikshit Patil and their directors.

I have a concern raised copy (stamp by them) if needed and more evidence as well.

Was the office open over there ? Mine also 16000 is in loss
 
I have been cheated by Vistaravo International Corporate Services Pvt. Ltd.
I paid them 81,500/-
Tried to reach out to them for availing the services they promised to provide but no response from them
Tried to reach out to the customer care but no response, also their agent is not answering the call.
 
I made multiple payments totaling ₹1,00,101 to Vistaravo International for services they promised but never delivered. No refund has been received.

The company failed to provide any of the promised services after receiving payment.
When I requested a refund, Vistaravo assured me in writing that they would process it once the bank unblocked the funds.
Even after the bank removed the chargeback hold, Vistaravo has not refunded my money.
They have stopped responding to calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages.
I have submitted all evidence (transaction proofs and merchant emails) to HDFC Bank’s disputes team, but the merchant continues to deny refund authorization.

I have also raised complaints with the cybercrime department and the consumer court, but no resolution has been received so far.
One more important point: it appears they have started a new company. I recently received another fraudulent call similar to the ones from Vistaravo. It seems they have rebranded under a new name. Please help spread awareness.

If the police refuse to register an FIR, contact a Criminal Lawyer near you and ask them to file an application under Section 156(3) of the CrPC in the Magistrate’s court to direct the police to investigate and register an FIR against them.
