Respected Sir,
On October 6, 2026 I visited Grand Pizza Hub in Ranni to purchase Shawai Chicken. I was given a menu card, and after looking at it i placed an order for a Half Shawai . The menu card listed the price for a Half Shawai (2kubboos,dipp) as Rs:240. But when i was given the item Rs:240 was Rs:300. When i asked what this difference in price, the answer was that not price on menu card. But since i did not have time. I took a bill for the Rs:300 I bought and left from there. Sir, it is not only that i was charged Rs60 more , but all customers who come there are being charged extra like this, this is not right. Every rupee has its own value. Therefore , i humbly request that you give me the compensation i deserve
