Hi,
I got a call from one of the holiday package’s companies on June 2023, and I visited the office which was located in Kr Puram. And they asked me to take the packages cost of 1.99L with 7 asian countries validated of 7 years which include 21days hotel stay with breakfast and dinner. Then they have given 2services that too inside India with only hotel stay. cost of 11000 and When I asked for out of India which they promised services they are denying to give the service after following up with them from last few years now the entire company shutdown and they are not responding my enquiries. And still I am paying the EMI’s which they converted the amount to EMI.
Note: I failed a case in kadugodi PS on them and they given LPET copy to me. As I give the details to the police somehow they freezed the amount of 110000 in opposite party account.
