I have purchased Eureka Forbes Kordfree K20 SuperSilent Cordless Vacuum (ASIN: B0DFCNG963) on 08-11-2024 for ₹13,999. Minimal use—barely 1 hour/week. By Feb 2026, the battery stopped charging completely.
Raised complaint and Eureka representative confirmed that "battery is damaged" and quoted ₹6,000 + service for replacement. I agreed. After a MONTH of waiting, they backtrack: "No spare parts available." Now pushing a "generous" 30% discount on a NEW unit which will cost me ₹13,500.00 after discount; almost my original price!
This is just after the 1-year warranty period! Battery failure on light use screams manufacturing defects. Refusing spares after admitting fault? Unacceptable deficiency in service.
