i HAVE 2 SBI CARDS. THE SBI customer card sales executive gave me these 2 cards stating that this is free cards and one has shopping benefits and one has fuel benefits. However, I am not using the cards now since 1 year now. I just received that I need to pay 2k in the cards and it will increase to 10k. I wrote the customer care emails regarding the same and also asked them to check IVR recordings that these cards were offered free and it will not have any charges. I also stated that I am not working right now since 6-7 ,months as I was fired during my post pregnancy leave. Then I received email for one card that it has been settled. now I am again getting harrassment calls for both the cards. where am I wrong now? I am not in a position to pay this amount also. Please help
