I had booked a ticket from RailOne app , with below details ( Mob no: 9867113287)
PNR no : 8817339729
Train : 22943
Journey date : 12 Oct 2025, Sunday
From : Pune to Ratlam
Ticket fare : 4185 Rs
Total amount : 4208.6 Rs
Booked on : 13 Aug 2025.
I was about to travel with my family through above ticket. On date of journey (12 Oct 2025) , we were informed of the train being late by 2.5 hours, but eventually the train was late by more than 6 hours. Meanwhile there were reports of Mega blockage at Katraj, because of which same train of return journey had not reached pune. Which suggested that it will most likely be cancelled. And we didn't get any update even after 4.30 hours of scheduled departure, that is 8 PM in night .
That prompted us to file for TDR from the rail one app .
But to our surprise , we received a message at around 8:15 PM that the train is arriving at pune station with 6 hours delay at 9:15 PM ( scheduled time of 3:30 PM) . Due to the festival season and considering the possibility of not getting tickets for further dates, we thought of continuing with our earlier scheduled journey with the same above ticket.
Before the journey, I checked with TT for ticket status, he checked on his tab , and which he confirmed that we have an entry in the ticket chart and we can travel , so we boarded the train ,and did the entry with TT's ticket checking system as well .
But to our surprise, after an hour around 10:30 , TT informed us that we are being considered as without a ticket and we will have to pay for ticket with penalty . Being with 2 childs ( younger one of age 2), i had no option left , i could not deboard the train as well at that time, so i had to continue the journey and pay for the ticket with penalty . It was summed up for amount : 7960 RS , which I paid online using GPay UPI with details below ( attached image of receipt ).

So for the journey, which got delayed by 6 hours and for which I had received a message to board the train even after filing TDR , I was charged 7960 + 4208 = 12168 Rs.
I would request to please consider the situation and provide me TDR refund of the above ticket , for which I had already paid a penalty and ticket of 7960 Rs in total. On status, its showing TDR repudiate.
