I sold my Skoda Laura to cars24 on 25th of Sep 2025 and they have yet not transferred my car to the new owner. He went to Goa and has incurred a challan of Rs. 24500. The car is on my name and the challan shows unpaid and keep getting messages for the payment. There is a Kavacch policy under which they are supposed to pay the challan as they have not transferred the ownership yet. I have called them more than 50 times but none of the agents have been able to give a solution for the same. Many reps keep the calls sighting they cannot hear my voice properly and some keep it on silent. I have escalated the matter yet they are not sorting my issue. I have posted this complaint on X after which I got a call from some Vineet but he too is not giving me updates. In their reply on X they are asking me to have patience as they are looking into the matter. The challan (GA66648260311101735) was charged on 11th March 2026 and it is June 2026 but they are not giving the responses and I feel mentally harassed for their way of handling the issue. Kindly advise me on next step.
