I want to highlight a very serious concern for the car i purchased from cars24 around May and had paid 12k for the RC transfer (unnecessary and over charges than what is actually paid). We were told that this is to ensure a smooth process for the RC transfer however the RC transfer is not done within 2 months and now my first party insurance is about to expire, and if I don't renew it within 7 days then i won't be able to buy a comprehensive insurance properly and would have to bear higher charges.
I want to get my refund of 12k which has been paid flr the RC transfer, and whatever was promised has not been fulfilled.
