I had booked a inspection at cars24 for my Ford car, which I had bought from cars24. The person came and inspected the car and insisted that I have to pay 500rs for the auction, which I denied initially and he said he cannot move further without the payment. I had to pay eventually because he wasn't letting me go then after all the inspection i paid for the auction. Cars24 quoted a very less price compared to the market value which was too low.
Later I received a call from the cars24 customer service who said I can list my ad on there website for the amount and my car will sold within a month for the expected price. I agreed because they did not inform me that I need to pay while I was setting up everything as they guided finally they asked me to pay 1700rs for the listing. I said I have already paid 500rs and they said this is the best way I can sell my car for the expected price and I agreed because they said the amount is refundable if my car is not sold. Now I paid twice one for 500 another for 1700 totalling 2200rs. First thing they messed up is that my car variant and features all where wrong what they had listed on there website and second I got a call from cars24 who said my car will be sold for the expected price and started to convence me to agree for the price they had quoted at the beginning. The person started convincing me saying the brand is no longer in India and no one is interested on me car and that I have to sell this car before it loses more valve and said the ad I have posted is of no use.
Now my experience with this cars24 was not great or customer centric. They are only behind you for the money and when you need them no one picks the call, if they does they disconnect. I got some interests on my ad but I feel they all are from cars24 because they ask you for the price and that's it no one replies after. I have lost 2200rs and they aren't correcting the listing information nor iam getting any buyers as they promised.
No one is responding me and giving me a correct information. Please help me get my money back because these people don't care about anyone but money.
