Aug 14th - 9 PM
I purchased vehicle just in 2 hrs blindly trusting Cars 24.
Night 10pm AC Didn't work
Aug 15th Vehicle didn't start in 2 attempts , tried 3rd time it started.
Aug 16th Same story .
Aug 17th Reported issues to Sales guy
Aug 19th Informed advisor - we would like to return vehicle ( whatsapp screenshot attached)
Aug 20th to 23rd
Raised repair requirest got to know its a major repair , raised a return request
Vehcle broke down with just 199 kms driven.
Aug 23rd Vehicle towed to RSA From 50kms .
Till date doing multiple follow ups for refund .
I have also marked grevience cell so my next step will be filing case in consumer forum after 30 days of sending mail .
No refund still sales guy is pointing to returns guy ,
Returns guy is pointing to sales guy .
What drama is this?
My open Questions.
1. When will I get refund , its already 12 days after dropping vehicle?
2. Why is 20k deducted even after informing your advisor in less than 7 days ?
3. Why do you want to charge return fee even for defective vehicle?
( I have attached all evidence and I have call recordings also )
