Bought an Honda city from Cars24 direct seller and Cars24 team asked me to pay extra 10000 for document transfer was paid on same day that was 1st May 2026 and as it is 1st July 2026 till today documents not received when escalated ti cars24 team no proper response via call / chat / Email.
Attaching the agreement document which was provided from cars24 team for the reference.
One more concern when i bought a car insurance was valied and due to delay of cars24 team made me to renew the insurance as well which is reflecting on old owner name now again i should transfer it to my name again charges is there for that.
Now tell me why should i spend so much of money where they are not working properly.
