I listed my vehicle as a private seller through CARS24 on 12th Jan and later requested a refund on 28th Jan.
As per their online conversation, the refund was supposed to be processed within 7 working days.
It has now been 17 days and I have still not received my refund of ₹2124.
I have contacted their customer care multiple times, but they are continuously postponing the refund date without giving a valid reason.
This is causing financial stress and inconvenience to me.
I request immediate refund of my amount along with compensation for delay and harassment.
