I dont understand for what sake customer support is there and whenever i raise or get a call i will just get a call that do u want to buy car.
As per the trial mail as i aleardy bought a car from cars24 on 1st may and till today i have not received the physical document whenever i connect to ur team regarding this they say sir ur number is not registered and car details not found then how did i get cars24 agreement attached below and they say that they will transfer a car to particular team and disconnect the call this is completely disgusting.

Coming to ur whatsapp support on 1st july 2026 from morning 10am till night 9pm it repeated same ai statements but didn't connect me to any of the concern person which i requested.

Conduct proper verification of the vehicle's authenticity.
Disclose crucial information at the time of sale.
Provide post-sale support or resolution.
This has caused me severe mental stress, reputational harm, and financial loss, and I demand immediate action.
Relief Sought:
Full refund of the vehicle’s purcahse agreement done by Cars24 price: ₹10000
Compensation for damages and harassment: ₹5000
Written clarification absolving me of wrongdoing in front of the RTO
Kindly treat this as an urgent grievance. I reserve the right to escalate this to legal and consumer court proceedings if not resolved within 24 to 48 Hours.
