Car Cars 24 issued a policy with a wrong chasis number and engine number for my purchased car and claim is not happening because of this

I purchased a card through Cars24 in bangalore. while delivering the car, they took my money and gave the insurance with wrong engine and chasis number.
My rear glass be been broken now and i cannot claim the amount as the engine number and chasis number is incorrect. They are telling they cannot give the right policy now as the claim in open now..
