Dear sir/mam... From July 2025 onwards I am writing this mail to care insurance company but till today they denied my complaint. I am customer of this company from past 8yrs and every year I am getting free health chkup including ECG but from this year onwards they excluded this ECG chkup in this policy reason they telling that irdai had told them to do so but when I chk your irdai site nothing was mentioned they just fooling the customers.the executive at the time of opening this policy told me u will get free health chkup including ECG till the time policy exist due to which I sign the policy now they had denied telling xyz reason means its a clear case of MISSELLING POLICY.I even mailed to Ombudsman and ceo of care insurance company but they also denied.Also enclosing screenshot of policy document which clearly mentioned ECG chkup included in policy. I EVEN LODGE COMPLAINT IN IRDAI
Token no.03-26-002668 Not satisfied with the resolution given by company the same reply they giving from 9months and now they telling they revised and updated their plan so if the plan gets updated new things like Blood pressure chkup etc should be added but care insurance instead of adding any facility they removed the ECG facily from the plan so can you please tell whether this policy has been updated or degraded. When the policy was issued i was clearly told that you will get annual health chkup including ECG and all of a sudden you discontinued it and giving stupid reason of upgradation .Today you discontinued ECG tomorrow you will discontinued Blood test there after kidney test so where will the customer will go .We always pay our premium on time hoping that in unforseen situation insurance company will stand as a pillar but here the facility which customer was getting they removed it from the plan on the pretext of upgradation , the MARKET VALUE OF ECG IS RS 500 IF CARE INSURANCE CANT BEAR THIS EXPENSES THEN I AM DOUBT FUL IN UNFORSEEN CIRCUMSTANCES HOW THEY GOING TO SETTLE LAKHS OF CLAIM they simply going to reject it. So i want a resolution from IRDAI also with Ombudsman the body which control whole insurance company and should take strict action to the company who do unfair trade practice of selling policy.
