My name is Aman S/O Balraj Singh, Village Daha, Karnal. I have a daughter Amayra Kamboj and she is 2 years and 4 months old. She was admitted to Mimani Hospital Karnal due to severe vomitings, high fever and excessive loose motions. Doctor's final diagnosis was AFI+AGE+ACCUTE GASTRITIS+DEHYDRATION. I have taken care health policy for my family but I am really very disappointed with the services of this company. My medical claim was rejected without any explanation. I have provided all the documents on time. In fact one of their representative Mr. Mohit Dhochak contact number: 7027988250 visited my house to check the patient and has verified that my daughter was severely ill. He also verified my wife's mobile numbers's location which was of Mimani hospital during the time of Amayra's treatment. Despite all the proofs and a separate letter from Dr. Rajat Mimani that the case is genuine and the patient was admitted to his hospital, the company rejected my claim. I am unable to understand on what grounds they have rejected my claim. This is severe violation of human rights. I have been paying them a handsome premium on regular basis. My mental peace was brutally affected during the time when my daughter was in serious condition. I have attached all the documents including reports, diagnosis, bills, letters received from the hospital for your Refrence.
