I placed an order ID No: OD438063765614452100 for an Texum TX-CPW 1 car pressure washers during the order Sale on 11 July 2026 at an effective price of ₹7,658
The order was confirmed, shipped on 13July 2026, and even reached the nearest hub for delivery. However, instead of being delivered, the order was unexpectedly cancelled by Flipkart.
After the cancellation, I contacted Flipkart Customer Support more than 40 times between 18 July and 26,27,28,29,July 2026. Each time I was given a new timeline for resolution, but no actual solution was provided.
Finally, Flipkart informed me that the order had been cancelled due to an "unforeseen situation faced by the seller" and only processed a refund. My request has never been about the refund—I want the product at the price for which my confirmed order was placed.
The GOAT Sale had already ended by the time Flipkart cancelled my shipped order. The only suggestion provided by customer support was to purchase the same product again at the current, much higher price. I believe this is unfair because the cancellation occurred after the order had already been shipped and was not due to any fault on my part. Customer service centre is not proper details in costumer side in technical support team.

- Provide the same Texum TX-CPW 1 pressure washers at the same effective price, along with any applicable cashback/benefits originally offered.or pressure the Neyveli hub to push on quick delivery in my order in tomorrow compulsory
