My car Tata Harrier (UK07DR6620) met with a minor accident with an auto and my car right side ORVM got broke and got some red scratches on driver side door and rear door.
I handed over my car to Tata Motors Oberai, ISBT Dehradun for insurance claim on 19/11/2025.
On 24/11/2025 the Survey was done and on 25/11/2025 I was told by Oberai Body Shop Manager that only ORVM is approved by the Surveyor and he has rejected the paint on doors.
I took the surveyor number and asked the reason for rejection and I was told that I will not give the approval do whatever you want to do.
After that I raised the complaint on Toll Free number on 25/11/2025 and on 26/11/2025 I got a call from Mr. Naresh Kumar , Manager Claims, Tata AIG General Insurance Co.(Ph No.-9711485522) and he told me that the claim for paint cannot be given because there is a previous minor dent on the door prior to accident and he was also showing the same rude and arrogant behaviour that ' I will not give the claim do whatever yo can do'.
According to me this reason is not justified for rejecting the claim and hence I want justice in this matter.
