Insurance policy with zero depth (Bumper to bumper coverage) as per the suggestion on the agent by Maruti Suzuki insurance broking with Bajaj Allianz general insurance co. Ltd which was valid from 31st Oct 2025 – 30th Oct 2025
10 may 2025-my driver was going to Farrukhabad with friend
10 May 2025- – Around 3:00 PM met with an accident at Aliganj bypass in Uttar Pradesh with Govt bus.
10 May 2025– Driver called the police by dialling 112.
11 May 2025– Informed the Insurance Company.
11 May 2025– Take the car to service station with toing by crane.
13 May 2025– Apply for the Insurance claim.
A loss assessor Mr. Chetan was visited the dev motors pvt ltd kashganj road Etah authorized service station of Suzuki on 13th May 2025 and collected all required mandatory documents from my file and asked to service manager for submit the estimate of repairing
I was confirmed that claim under progress and I should wait.
A WhatsApp group was generated with me, and they are assuring that thy were working on car repairing, car was dismantled, and claim process is in last step.
My car is taxi commercial number and I am paying 25500 INR as EMI monthly, so I was taking follow-ups daily for claim and repairing status.
Loss assessor and service agency manager was sharing other document on a mail, and I was not loop in that mail.
I felt that service agency manager and loss assessor not clearing the claim status and repairing status, I forcedly asked both to take me in mail loop.
5th June 2025 – I made a call to loss assessor to write on mail for my pending reason.
On 5th June 2025 he asked on mail to submit UP road tax slip for that day.
I asked him on mail that why was not this document asked on 13th of May and why it was asked after 22 days of document collection. Because Bajaj company using that point to refuse my claim only.
After that mail, no proper reason was given to me, and I was tortured with no response on call, mails, and msg.
I want my car repaired ASAP because I was unable to pay EMI cost and repairing cost.
I take borrow 150000 INR on 24 % per annum with known.
At last, I get repaired the car parts which was mandatory and according to my pocket.
I make a complaint on national consumer support portal online but both time they denied settling the claim because of road tax not submitted.
My car some parts still damaged.
23-09-25- I made a complaint on national consumer helpline for support of claim settlement ,Bajaj again denied to settle the claim and reason was non submission of documents. grievance number 7861280.
30-10-2025 – I made a payment 21370 INR with help of Bajaj WhatsApp chat assistance for policy renewal which was going to expire on 30th oct’2025.
No policy was issued to me and after inquiry, Bajaj asked me to close my last claim first which was raised on national consumer helpline.
After 19 days my policy issued when I made again a complaint on national consumer helpline complaint for policy issuing.
Issued renewable policy was with out zero depth even my last policy was with zero depth. My car parked 19 days in parking because without insurance no company giving me work and I could not drive it, now I am asking for grievance of 19 days which is for non-running of car due to not issuing insurance policy even I have made payment on time.
