I have one maruti alto k10 car i have given to zoomcar rental past 3months.i got booking on 10th october 2025 8pm to 11th october 2025 6am.
customer name is kunal krishna,they damaged my car when return to my location at the time i have raised complaint to zoomcar host support they share two
garrage detials in chennai for repair.i contacted them.but they are not receiving car from zoomcar.again i called zoomcar support then they asked me for pre-estimation on 31st october from local shop i have attached pre-estimation in the mail i sent to them but still no action taken. no reply on mail and not attending calls.
i have attached mail conversations in this complaint.kindly compensate my loss.
