I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding unauthorized and potentially fraudulent activity that occurred during the repair of my car, [SWIFT and ZXI 2023 MODEL l, Registration Number - HP64C2186, at service center Goyal Motors Maruti Suzuki, Deonghat, SOLAN HP on date 11 OCT 2024.
After the repairs, I noticed that the [ BOOT DOOR PANEL] was replaced without my knowledge or consent. Upon further investigation, I discovered that this replacement was unnecessary and without my permission. This has caused me significant asset loss and damage my other parts of Car.
Description: The boot door panel was already in new condition it was not damage. however, it was changed with another color of boot door of another car. The original color of car is black, but the boot door painted black color over red.
I request to consumer court to accept my complaint file against the goyal moters deonghat, SOLAN for this froud which comes under IPC section 420.
