Following the contact details given, we were planning to attend the canton fair - Phase1 Electronics and paid them with written agreement over email to return 100 percent if not gone through. But when it didnt went through as planned, they refused neither to refund 100% money nor our passport which they collected from us in Chennai by sending their office person. They guided us to take the right flight 2 days later the expo started to avoid any issue due to delay. When the plan didn't workout the way the mentioned, they refused to pay neither of the money nor our passport.
When we told we have to make the police complaint and consumer court complaint they were bullying us by saying they have leagal team to handle such clients and media support to even bang at out door step. As we have mentioned about complainin, now they say to collect the money and passport in court and they will reduce the cost of their expense to handle the case from our deposit and we will end up getting nothing.
I have all these conversations in whats app and email.
Don't know what to do and hence recording the online complaints which are possible as of now.
