This is the worst ever which I received from swiggy instamart. How can someone had such policy like no refund. I paid 425 rs and ordered dandruff shampoo and a facewash which I mistakenly ordered another one which I want to replace or edit the order. I couldn't. I left only with cancel the order with no refund or continue the order. I thought that I get justice through customer service once after cancellation but I contacted them they it was mentioned clearly. But if it's a food order , if they started preparing then it's fine. It's just instamart readymade things that too I cancelled before they assigned delivery partner since it was 6.45 am. I really regret for having these kind of apps which should be banned. I m using it from 6 years never had these kind of problems. I even mailed swiggy support but no response.
