Dear Sir,
We booked the bus tickets in Redbus on June 2,2026.
On June 9,2026 i got a WhatsApp message and call from this number (+91 - 87540 83505) stating that he's calling from Sai Raj Travels. Due to bus issue, we are cancelling your tickets which are boarding from Anakapalle and needs to be rebook again.
We thought he's from the same organization and believed him. Sad okay to proceed further. Later he said to transfer on the same number. We did the payment. attached allt he references chat with him.
Today we have got a call from this particular number (+91-9295558999) and saying that the agent was fraud which we contacted earlier and said the tickets were being cancelled because they haven't received the amount from that Person.
Now we lost 2200 and rebooked the tickets from their website and it charged now 2709.
Today at around 09:13AM, contacted the owner (+91-9347649529) and he said that their website and IP address are being hacked few days ago and claiming that is not theri mistake.
