Dear Sir,
My flight PNR HEMDKR was cancelled by the airline and Akasa has issued full refund. The third party where the ticket was booked, MakeMyTrip has charged me cancellation fee of INR 300/- Every support executive who I speak with at MakeMyTrip agrees they should refund the amount and will raise a request but the accounts team is not crediting the refund.

It is not about the size of amount. It is about how MakeMyTrip is avoiding returning the amount I am owed correctly.
They also employ every tactic to frequently avoid connecting to customer care agent when calling over phone.
Also, they try to confuse the customer by crediting refund in multiple stages and hoping to mislead us with an uncredited amount.
The onus to give a FULL REFUND in such cases should be with MakeMyTrip and I should not have to call them multiple times to follow up thereby wasting my time and energy!
