I have ordered food on burger king application. It is showing order is being prepared for last 2 hours. When i tried reaching out to outlet in connaut place thier number is shouwong switch off. Somehow i contact other branch of burger king n tooked connaut place manager number. Manager answered n said that third party person comes to pick the parcel n sometimes deny to give order to customer but i will contact the person and let u know. It’s been 1 hour now the manager is not picking phone n that third party spoked with me said that i said to outlet that order is not being pickedup so I won’t take it. My order is prepared. This is repeatedly happening with many people as i have reached kindly look into this @capratikagrawal
