We bought a land from this Manju group builders on 27/10/2015, They promised us they will finish construction by 18 months with 27 amenities, 10 years gone by they haven't done anything. I've been paying EMI to the bank for 10 years for un constructed building and big loss for us. we went to Manju group office about this issue and they asked us to build by ourselves and started threatening us. We asked for N.O.C and they won't issue until we pay them in more lakhs. they're black mailing us with N.o.c and we can't take any possession of the building. they won't answer our phone calls and it's even more frustrating when u go to see them.on the office. I'm so unwell about this situation, I'm so stressed and can't even sleep at nights. please take action against these frauds and I want an answer and money compensation for 10 years hassle and the stress they ve caused me and in my family. I feel like my health is deteriorating of this issue cuz we borrowed money to pay these builders and person we borrowed money from are torturing us. we are really struggling to repay the money that we owe them. please help us
