That this complaint before the Hon. Consumber forum Pune as under that :-
1. The Insurance company has denied the legitimate insurance claim of Mr. Thomas R. Thomas (Raju Thomas) resident of 311, Clover Park View Society, 7th Lane, South Main Road, Koregaon Park, Pune - 411001. (MS) India bearing policy number 11240778 705512 issued by the company name Star Health and Allied Insurance Co.Ltd. Balaji Complex, No. 15, Whites Lane, Whites Road, Royapettah, Chennai – 600014 despite fulfilling all requisite conditions and submitting all necessary documents, the claim remains unresolved.

2. The Director of the Company was reminded several times of the reimbursement of the Police claim, also was issued a legal notice by registered post and also by the email on the registered email Id of the company and has acknowledged it but so far has not reimbursed any claims.
3. Legal notice was issued dated 23rd August 2025 by the Registered post and by the email on the registered email Id of the company and has acknowledged it; even then has not responded nor have paid back neither has provided any reimbursement against the Health insurance Claim. Such practice of the company has defaulted with the breach of trust, breach of contract causing mental and financial trauma to the complainant.
Therefore, this complaint with humble prayer to the honourble Conusmer Forum to issue orders to reimburse the Health Insurance claim of Rs.1.75 lakh and the legal fees of Rs.25000/- from the respondent.
Any other orders in the interest of Jusitce.
