I initially went to LivSpace for interior quote and somehow they gave offer and I fell prey to it and paid 15k. Later, I found a cheaper carpenter who did more than what LivSpace offered. When asked for a refund they said they cannot do it instead buy a product worth of 50k minimum. After so many requests and heated conversations they denied to refund and without any option I had to buy a product via LivSpace. So bought an air conditioner that too paid more than Amazon price. They also took 19 days to deliver the product. On the day of delivery nobody bothered to book for installation. I had to book for installation manually. When the installation person came after opening the product. Indoor unit and outdoor unit was delivered incorrectly (different versions) installation was not possible. It was delivered on Sept 30th. Today is Oct 7th still no update on replacement. I ordered the product on 12th Sept. I’m at suffering end right from the beginning. LivSpace is a fraudulent company and it loots from public. Someone has to stop it.
