Dear Team,
I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding my recent booking.
I had reserved 2 rooms for my family through your platform, as we were traveling for nearly 18 hours. However, upon arrival at the hotel, we were informed that only 1 room was booked via MakeMyTrip, and the hotel was already fully occupied. As a result, the second room was unavailable.
We immediately attempted to contact your customer care multiple times, but were unable to connect. After entering my registered number and the last four digits of the booking ID, the system repeatedly indicated that no booking was found, which is extremely concerning.
Given the situation and the long journey, we could not afford to wait any further. The hotel staff advised us to contact you directly since the booking was made through your platform. Left with no alternative, we arranged accommodation at Lemon Tree Hotels, located just 2 minutes away, through Agoda.
In light of this experience, I request the following:
