On 30th April 2026 an amount of Rs. 2000/- was transferred on the request of one Kamlesh verma (choudharyuday9@axl) as booking amount for hiring a taxi from Noida (UP) to Srinagar (Kashmir). Kamlesh Verma is representing Aarohi Taxi /Aarohicab and accordingly deputed one cab irtiga PB 01E 3061 at my pick-up point with its driver namely Shamshar Singh driving License No. PB22 20190001956. The travel day was on early morning of 03-05-2026 at 3:30 AM and arrival at Srinagar on the same day.
The said driver duped and dropped us at Jammu. During the travel from Dehli to Jammu we paid Rs. 7500/- to driver for filling the fuel of the vehicle. The undersigned had no other alternative than to book a new cab from Jammu to Srinagar on higher charges. Repeated calls to Kamlesh Verma was made who did not attend the phone calls. After few days repeated calls were again made to Mr. Kamlesh Verma requesting him to refund the booking amount. However, he confirmed on Whatsapp messages that he will refund/transfer the amount on 25th of June 2026. Till date the same has not been refunded, neither is Kamlesh Verma attending the calls.
In view of above, it is requested that Kamlesh Verma may be asked to refund the booking amount alongwith the Cab charges hired from Jammu to Srinagar of my own. Besides, Aarohi Taxi/Aarohicab may be blacklisted as they were responsible for the mental agony/frustration experienced by my family and me. Any other action Hon’ble Court may deem fit to take in the matter. The details are uploaded please.
