I have booked Yamaha FZX on 24/02/2025, and advance payment for the same was made of Rs. 5000 on the same date, but as loan did not got approved I had to cancel the Bike and thus requested for the refund of booking amount as at the time of booking it was made clear that amount is refundable, and you can cancel the bike anytime. But now it's being more than 20 days and the showroom is giving me no response though I visited them multiple times they only said we will do it as there is problem today and now they are not even answering the calls and processing the refund.
