I have been bodycraft customer since a long time and also salon member. On jan 01 2026 i was given clinical consultation for consistent acne. I was suggested to take either cosmelan peel (1.25 lakh) / 5 inno peel + 6 hydra medi facial session (35000+22050) where as finally i was convinced by the marketing agent to take trial of 3+4 inno & hydra medi facial. I had my 1 session of HMF on 3rd jan 2026. Very next week i took appointment for inno peel session as mentioned. But during my session the therapist mentioned HMF is not done on acne skin and also reconfirmed with the consultant and complete the session. On 10th jan 2026 when i was there for 1st inno peel session the consultant took me for another consultation and started twisting her words like ‘ oh acne is there we cant do’. I questioned then why was i convinced to take these session when my core trouble was acne ? She had no answer but instead acted rude and used derogatory words like “get out” & “bloody “. After much time and negligence. i was mailed pleading to give another chance but i had to take appointments in another branch. Although, i choose lavelle road branch clinic where the dermat clearly agreed that consultants posing as dermats suggest some random treatments that doesnt even suit. He said we will try and keep the peel for just 30 mins and see if it works for my skin. Later within 2-3 days i developed rashes and eczema from the peel. I clearly mentioned this over mail to the regional head bodycraft salon & clinic. But no response was received. I have been taking treatment outside and the doctor has suggested not to go for strong peels that doesnt suit my skin. Now from bodycraft side i have not received any valid response for the amount i have paid either for salon appointments or the clinical payments made for misinterpreted services. I seek justice for this fraud. Please do the needful.
