Complaint Againt : boat Lifestyle ( Consumer service)
I had purchased a boAt Airdopes 311 Pro (Blue Colour), which is covered under warranty. On 1st July 2025, I raised a warranty complaint because the product developed issues and was not functioning properly. My warranty complaint was registered under Ticket ID 56998004.

Since that date, I have repeatedly followed up with boAt customer care through emails. Unfortunately, the responses I received were generic, repetitive, and not helpful. They have not provided me with any proper information about the process, status, or timeline of my complaint.

I also reached out through the National Consumer Helpline (Docket Number: 7300241) but still, no proper resolution has been provided by the company.

This constant delay and lack of clarity has caused me:
Financial loss, as I am unable to use my product.
Mental stress and harassment, as I am being forced to follow up again and again without any solution.

Relief Sought (My Request to the Hon’ble Consumer Court):
Immediate resolution of my warranty complaint (Ticket ID 56998004) by either replacing the product, repairing it, or providing a full refund.
Compensation for the delay and harassment caused due to boAt’s negligence and lack of proper customer service.
Directions to the company to ensure transparent and timely handling of warranty claims so that consumers are not misled or harassed in the future.

Don't Buy Product from Boat
Don't Buy Product from Boat , It is totally doing fraud with warranty claim, IF you request warranty claim they will broke your product and send back to you consumer complain is not going to help you , no human caller to listen your grevances, Time will waste during sending parcel to the boat servicecenter Navimumbai ( Imagine Pvt Ltd ) will suck your brain by the time of warranty claim , they will not assist on your mail generally your mail will not be delivered to boat, boat replies through No- Reply mail boat. your product will be destroyed and broke by boat, They will tell genuine Product is fake , after broking or damaging our product they will dispatch back to you. you will get traumatised for atleat a month . Aman Gupta is biggest waranty claim fraud and doing criminal act of vandalising your product

I have purchased boat Energyshroom pb300 carbon black on zepto.the product was not working and zepto refund time was passed so I went to boat website to claim warranty.registered everything and waited for response but there was no response.today I tried again and they say the refund time has passed and can't do anything.not trying to help just repeated saying the same thing that they have no Access to order or complaint status but I did make complaint then where did it go.please help me with this.DONT BUY BOAT PRODUCTS IT'S COMPLETELY FRAUD.
