Complaint Againt : boat Lifestyle ( Consumer service)
I had purchased a boAt Airdopes 311 Pro (Blue Colour), which is covered under warranty. On 1st July 2025, I raised a warranty complaint because the product developed issues and was not functioning properly. My warranty complaint was registered under Ticket ID 56998004.
Since that date, I have repeatedly followed up with boAt customer care through emails. Unfortunately, the responses I received were generic, repetitive, and not helpful. They have not provided me with any proper information about the process, status, or timeline of my complaint.
I also reached out through the National Consumer Helpline (Docket Number: 7300241) but still, no proper resolution has been provided by the company.
This constant delay and lack of clarity has caused me:
Financial loss, as I am unable to use my product.
Mental stress and harassment, as I am being forced to follow up again and again without any solution.
Relief Sought (My Request to the Hon’ble Consumer Court):
Immediate resolution of my warranty complaint (Ticket ID 56998004) by either replacing the product, repairing it, or providing a full refund.
Compensation for the delay and harassment caused due to boAt’s negligence and lack of proper customer service.
Directions to the company to ensure transparent and timely handling of warranty claims so that consumers are not misled or harassed in the future.
