I purchased this product in November 12 last year, and within six months it started having Bluetooth connectivity issues. I sent it to the Boat service center 2–3 times, but the problem kept recurring.
I then raised the issue again, and the Boat service center staff collected the product from my home in mid-July. Till date, I still haven’t received it back.
I have been calling customer care for the past three weeks, and every time they ask me to wait 24–48 hours for an update. For the last two weeks, they have been telling me that I will receive my product within 4–5 days, but it has now been 9 days and I still haven’t received it. My ticket number is 67749411.
Today again, on 6th August, I called customer care, and they once again told me to wait another 24–48 hours for an update.
This has been my worst product experience with Boat, and I am extremely frustrated with the kind of service they are providing.
