I was a BluSmart user in Delhi NCR and recently I got to know that the company has suspended its services and my app has also stopped working. Thus, I’m unable to request refund from my wallet money. I had more than Rs. 2500 worth of balance in my BluSmart wallet.
I have dropped emails to the customer support and raised tickets regarding my wallet refund, but to no avail. According to the law, if a company has suspended its services, they are liable to refund the customer wallet money. But Blusmart is not responding & refunding the wallet amount.
 
I also was a Blu smart user, had more than INR 2600 in my BluSmart wallet. Since the company has suspended its services in March 2025 my app has also stopped working. Thus, I’m unable to request refund from my wallet money.
I raised tickets regarding my wallet refund. The company is liable to refund the customer wallet money within 90 days, it’s been more then 90 days and I havnt received the refund . Blusmart is not responding & refunding the wallet amount.
 
I was also a Blu Smart User, I had more than INR 800 in my wallet. The company is not operational and their app is also not working due to which I am unable to raise a refund request. Please help me to get my money back.
 
i was a bluSmart Elite user, I had loaded around INR 7000 just a couple of days before the services were suspended. Have mailed them multiple timea but no response. The BluSmart app is not working anymore. they were supposed to refund within 90 days from 17th April, 2025 as per the official email they sent. so far no response and no refund. Please help in refund. Its a hard earned money. can you help us in refund??
