I am filing this complaint regarding the delayed delivery of my HDFC Bank credit card being handled by Blue Dart.

The card delivery has already been delayed by more than 4–5 days. I received a delivery update stating “unable to deliver card,” after which I immediately attempted to reschedule the delivery through the provided option, but no action was taken from Blue Dart’s side.

I contacted HDFC Bank customer care, and they informed me that the issue is pending with Blue Dart and asked me to contact Blue Dart customer support directly. However, despite making multiple calls to Blue Dart customer care, there has been no response or support provided.

This is not a regular e-commerce package but an important banking document containing a credit card. Such negligence and lack of customer support are unacceptable.

I request immediate action from Blue Dart to ensure urgent delivery of the credit card and proper resolution of this issue at the earliest.
