I purchased a Blue Star Air Conditioner from Reliance Digital, Vadodara. Since installation, the AC has been making abnormal noise.
Despite raising multiple complaints with the installer, technician, Blue Star customer support (including WhatsApp), the salesman, and the Reliance dealer, the issue still remains unresolved.
This has caused significant inconvenience, and I am not satisfied with the product performance.
Therefore, I request you to kindly arrange for an immediate replacement/return of the product at the earliest.
If the issue is not resolved promptly, I will be compelled to escalate the matter to higher authorities and consumer forum.
