Hi, Blue dart person has picked up my product from my house as it was scheduled for exchange. I have the receipt from Blue dart with the AWB number. The next day, i checked the blue dart portal amd the update was “Customer has refused shipment”
Now Blue dart is not taking any responsibility. I have attached the receipt.
