I booked a spain visa appointment on call, by the mistake of telecaller she booked appointment of wrong date, after that I ask them to change the appointment date but they said we can't change your appointment date. They said you have to cancel your previous appointment and re- book a new appointment and your send us email for refund and we will refund your full amount (full refund because appointment was booked wrongly by their side) with in 20 working days, after that whenever I called them for refund they are trying to ignores my words every time.
