Complaint against blinkit for selling me products with missing parts and refusal to refund or replace.
Ordered portronics mouse but got a Logitech dongle with it. The packaging was torn and the mouse wasn't wrapped properly. The package was not sealed. When raised complaint they said they have investigated and the product was fine during delivery. The delivery guy dint even take a photo of the delivery. This has been a great problem for the past one week causing immense mental agony and a waste of energy and time
