Complaint Description:
I placed a prepaid order for 9 items through Blinkit. Upon delivery, several items were missing. I immediately contacted Blinkit’s customer support via their in-app chat. The executive assured me that the missing items would be delivered the next morning.
However, no delivery was made. When I contacted Blinkit again, a different executive stated that delivery of the missing items was not possible, despite me providing the contact number of the previous executive who had promised resolution.
I requested escalation to a supervisor — no response. I asked for call recordings and CCTV footage — no response. Blinkit has no alternate contact method apart from chat, which is unresponsive and unhelpful.
This behavior reflects a lack of accountability and transparency. Blinkit failed to deliver items I paid for, misled me with false assurances, and denied resolution. Their refusal to escalate or provide evidence further indicates negligence.
Relief Sought:
1. Refund for undelivered items
2. Compensation for mental harassment and inconvenience
3. Penalty for deficient service
4. Directive to improve grievance redressal mechanism
