Blinkit delivery partner is harassing me and my sister by showing up to our house 5 times along with strange men after delivering our order 2 days ago. Partner was in a drunken state reeking of alcohol
First order placed on Blinkit was not delivered and money was refunded. Order was placed again - both orders had the same delivery partner. Second order was delivered with a slight delivery delay as I continued to chat with customer support - with a used plastic bottle inside.
After this it’s been 2 days and 5 visits and I have brought this to blinkits attention 4 times now and spoken to 4-6 escalation execs and have not gotten any concrete response on action been taken. This isa women’s safety and security issue and the customer service agent has told me to file a case w local authorities when they should be liable for their delivery partners misconducts.
The delivery partner was hovering outside my society gate after being thrown out by the building security.
Blinkit has not taken any action other than blocking the partner from the app - pls note he has my address, name and contact info. Blocking him has only aggrevated his threat to me. Because in all the visits he’s telling me that I complained and they blocked his account
