I, Snehanshu Ganguly, am filing this complaint against Blinkit (formerly Grofers) for deficiency in service.

I placed a prepaid grocery order on the Blinkit mobile application. An amount of ₹213 was paid using Blinkit refund/promotional credit, which had been issued earlier as a refund for a previous order.

The order was later marked as “Delivered” in the Blinkit app; however, I did not receive the product. I checked thoroughly at my delivery location and confirmed that no item was delivered to me.

I contacted Blinkit customer support multiple times regarding this issue, but no satisfactory resolution was provided. The refund/promotional credit of ₹213 has also not been restored to my account.

Since the service for which payment was made was not delivered, this amounts to deficiency in service and unfair trade practice under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

I have also registered a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline (NCH), but the issue remains unresolved.

Therefore, I request the Hon’ble Consumer Commission to:

1. "Direct Blinkit to restore the ₹213 refund/promotional credit to my Blinkit account."

2. "Pass any other order deemed fit in the interest of justice."
